Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Camden Layne pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@camdenlaynebaby.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
